After purchasing the script you need to download the file by opening it on your Client Area then you will see this
Click on Stalker/Ministra installer then you need to download the file
Оnce you have downloaded the archive you need to upload it to your server as you can use FileZilla or WinSCP , once the archive is uploaded to your server you need to unzip it and run the script.
unzip stalker-master.zip
cd stalker-master
chmod +x install
